Terms & Conditions

Version 2026-10-02 · Last updated 2 October 2026

Acceptance of these terms

These terms govern registration and use of MedVentry by businesses that supply medical equipment, consumables and related services ("Vendors"). By ticking the box and submitting the registration form, the person registering confirms that they have read and accept these terms on behalf of the business named in the application.

Eligibility and account

The applicant must be a legally registered business and the person registering must be authorised to bind it. All information must be accurate and complete.

One account per business registration number.

Keep credentials confidential; the Vendor is responsible for activity under its account and must tell MedVentry promptly if the account is compromised.

Documents and verification

The following documents are required unless marked optional:

  • Signed Merchant Agreement
  • Company affidavit
  • Medical device operator licence (FDA Thailand)
  • VAT certificate (PP.20) — optional

Documents must be genuine, current and in the Vendor's name.

MedVentry may verify them, ask for more evidence, and approve, reject or suspend a Vendor at its discretion.

Approval is not an endorsement of any product.

Vendors must keep documents up to date; expired or withdrawn documents can lead to suspension from RFQs.

Using the platform

Approved Vendors may be invited to RFQs and submit quotations.

A quotation is an offer on the terms stated in the RFQ.

Vendors must not:

  • Collude or bid-rig.
  • Misrepresent products, price or availability.
  • Attempt to access data belonging to other Vendors or to the hospital.

RFQ content is confidential and may be used only to prepare a response.

Product and regulatory compliance

Vendors must comply with all laws that apply to what they supply, including medical device registration and import/sale licensing requirements, and must supply only genuine, properly registered, safely stored and properly labelled products.

Vendors must promptly report product recalls, safety notices and licence changes that affect products offered through MedVentry.

Personal data and privacy

MedVentry processes business and contact data (names, work email, phone, address, registration numbers) and the documents uploaded, in line with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019).

MedVentry processes this data for:

  • Verifying the Vendor.
  • Running RFQs.
  • Audit and compliance.
  • Sending service emails.

Documents are stored with role-restricted access and may be seen by authorised procurement, approval and administration staff of the buyer.

Data is kept for as long as the account is active and as long as the law or audit needs require.

The Vendor confirms it is entitled to share any personal data of its staff included in its application, and individuals may ask to access or correct their data through the contact channel in section 10.

Suspension and termination

MedVentry may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached, information is false, documents lapse, or the relationship ends.

A Vendor may ask to close its account at any time; obligations that arise from RFQs or contracts already awarded continue.

Limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is" to support sourcing and verification. To the extent the law allows, MedVentry is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or for decisions made by buyers using the information on the platform.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

MedVentry may update these terms. The version and date are shown at the top of this page.

Material changes will be notified by email or on the platform; continuing to use MedVentry after the change means acceptance.

Contact

For questions about these terms, privacy or account closure, contact the MedVentry procurement team through the channel given in your onboarding email, or by replying to any MedVentry email.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, and the courts of Thailand have jurisdiction.
